you goooo lady. I need to eat healthier like that and I would probably have even better results.

I don't eat like CRAP..but it could be better.

yeah but I just ate more too. I ate these things called popchips which are about 120 calories and 0 grams of fat with my lunch. Then I ate another clementine. Then I ate another mini power bar and then I ate a few pretzels.

For dinner I'm having an apple and some crackers. I wasn't going to eat anything else, but I'm going back for the 6 pm spin class in a few mins so I decided to eat more later.

Also, I think what messes with me is that I drink a lot. That's what stunts my progress....

Do you cook? I've started cooking like a mad woman! I cook at least 3 times a week and it's usually a TON of all sorts of organic veggies. I get organic meats, the beef is fatty but I buy white pork and chicken breast a lot too. I flash cook them and then I bake them. I saute my veggies with a tiny bit of olive oil and kosher salt. All types of root veggies I bake or boil. I LOVE it. But then I have a couple of glasses of wine and ruin it all

Yes, wine always ruins it. You should be drinking vodka or something good...

They're ok. My female is getting old. She turns 7 this year. She still seems kitten like to me. My male is over 15 yrs old and he desperately needs a dental. He just won't eat dry food at all now and I think it's because his teeth are weak.

Aside from that, they're happy and healthy
