Going to the bank always seems more stressful than it should be. Why do I have to have some doodah slip to transfer money to my new account? And why has my new bank not sent me my card or pin, but has thought to deliver my chequebook? It's just vaguely annoying, because I've been trying to open this account for about a month now

Should really be there for the 19th for orientation though whether or not I then stay or come back to London until classes start on the 10th of Oct is another matter...

Bus "driving" extortionists, honestly. London bus drivers: £7.20ph and the work-shy Edinburgh cunts want a tenner and because of this they ruin the first weekend of the festival and chuck all the hardworking commuters off their buses in unofficial action? Crush them.

And don't even start me on BA.

And maybe, just maybe, the BBC could afford staff who know the basic rules of grammar if they would stop shamelessly promoting themselves with pointless, waste-of-licence-fee stunts that would be depressing if they came from L!ve TV, home of topless darts and topless weather. Maybe they'd have enough money to be able to afford a replacement to Cash in the Attic. It's public service broadcasting we grew up with. I think we know it's there without a pointless shower cap and balloon. Honestly.
