PIC-FIC: #1: Once upon a time...

OMG, you guys are so impatient, LOL!
jukebox_grad and I should have been clearer - what we meant was that the pic-fic spammage would kick off on Sunday.
And since it's Sunday where I am, HERE WE GO!
ABOUT:
So, we figure everybody here loves House and Cuddy = INSANELY OBVIOUS. What we're hoping to do here is get everyone in the community involved in a pic-spam of EPIC PROPORTIONS - what we'll do here is write a massive round-robin fanfic involving House and Cuddy. Hence, PIC-FIC.
RULES:
1. Comment on this entry with a pic that helps tell the story the way you want it to go. ABSOLUTELY NO RESTRICTIONS on pics used - i.e., other House characters are welcome, Hugh and Lisa pics of pretty are even MORE welcome, and spamming in general is encouraged.
2. Write a line or two as accompaniment to the pic, to advance the story.
3. This isn't really a rule. BUT ANYTHING THAT ENDS IN SCHTUPPING IS OBVIOUSLY GOOD, YES?!
