WHY do my next-door neighbors like to yell instead of talk? Seriously, the wife yells something at the husband who yells something back, which apparently pisses the wife off cause she yells back even louder. Or maybe that's just their way of talking. And whatever daycare they're running in their backyard isn't much better cause the kids don't
