2. I finally caught up on the last two issues of Angel: After the Fall and yes, Joss still knows how to break my heart. Wow. 80 books? That's really impressive. And they are not even easy books. I wish I could read this fast.

I am not following Angel closely right now, but whenever I hear anything I get scared XD.
They are torturing the characters soo much. I don't know, if it's even fun anymore. You need to give them some break, you know. At least on Buffy people sometimes got happy moments.
Did you read the interview with one of the writers on whedonesque? I was quite hopeful after that, but then again it could all be mindgames XD.

I spend four hours a day on a train traveling from home to school and back so I've got plenty of time to read.

I tried to be a proper fan and follow both Angel and Buffy. Angel is great, but Buffy...it's different. There was a great Giles/Faith story arc that I really loved, but most of the time it just made me not like Buffy (person, not show) anymore :(
Angel is still great. Maybe it's me because I've always loved Angel a little bit more than Buffy or maybe it's a fact that they're just following season 5's story so it's easier to get into it. It's dark and sad and heartbreaking and so much like Angel. Buffy always saves the world and then they're happy - at least for a while, Angel saves the world and ruins his own life even more. Everything good that happens to him turns into something really bad ten minutes later. Buffy, Cordy, Connor, even his shanshu...it's supposed to be a reward, happy life and cute little blond babies, but it ended up being more like an another punishment - fighting Hell when you're a mortal human? Not so ( ... )
