It's a show that's about a saturday night live style t.v. show. The first part you saw was the boss getting mad because a risque sketch had just been cut so then he goes live on the air and starts his rant. The guy in the control room telling them to cut is one of the higher ups who of course, was partially responsible for axing the skit.
