i liked the finale. it doesn't answer every little question like why Walt was special or how the fuck Eloise always knew everything, but i thought it tied up the stories of each character quite nicely. everyone in the sideways timeline finally met up and remembered what happened in the island timeline. each character's memory was jogged by an event similar to the past timeline or meeting up with another character or something. each time one of the characters remembered there were these really cute montages accompanied by beautiful string music, so if you're the emotional type you're likely to ball your eyes out.
