hehe ichigo's stubborn like that. they both are, really. fighters till the very end. ^__^ i think that's how ichigo really would be though, always frustrated at all he couldn't do.

i find i like writing short fics. gives you less time to screw up what you're trying to say. loll. thanks for the comment. :D

I... normally never read deathfics, but this was short and I hadn't really paid attention to the summary and OH FUCK I got choked up because... Guh, it was so sad and great. T-the imagery, what was going through Ichigo's mind those last moments, Renji's lined, the single emo tear, the end.
Really well-executed. Now, never to read deathfics again...

haha i totally understand your aversion to deathfics though, but my brain just popped it out, and besides there's never really "death" for ichigo since he's still human. ^__^

are there ever any "right" words for deathfics? but thanks for the sentiment, i get it loll. i think i could never *really* write about a character dying and leaving forever, because it's just too sad and the point of imaginary characters is that they're immortal isn't it? but meeting somewhere even after death? yeah, just enough romance for me to be totally emo for it. hahah.
