I had heard similar thoughts about this film, L.; thus, I have and will still avoid it, if only to continue my like of LC's music.

Yes--after writing this review, I popped over to some LJ Cohen comm, and was appalled to hear people mention having seen it more than once already! Don't listen to them; anyone with musical taste will be offended.

Honestly, I'm glad you didn't like it. That sounds weird, but I popped over to some LJ LC comm and was appalled by all the "OMG I've seen it twice!" comments. What?? Who are these people?

Bono was a waste of film. All of it was pretentious shite and it's a pity no one's done anything decent on Cohen.
