Two Mr. D's. And a meme.

I love road trips. I'll go anywhere, nearly anytime. Unfortunately, Mr. Daroga is not of the same mindset. Mr. Daroga likes to be "productive" on his off time, which is all very well but makes for boring vacations ( Read more... )

Are you practicing bending my head, too?

Mr. Collins... fighting crime? Wow.

You're totally right about Kaylee. I got caught up in the Erik/Hawkeye bit, because, what? That's surreal.

Okay, When V... came out, all the phantom comms were taken over by V-girls. Seriously, it was like, "OMG did you see how much V is like Erik? Evie/V 4EVR!!!!!11!
Because they are ugly and masked and have cool lairs. It has calmed a bit now.

Apparently photographs that you take with film must be processed in some arcane fashion before they're visible. I don't understand it at all, but I don't have them yet.

Mr. Daroga's comic is cool, but you should hear his dad tell stories. The best part is how he enjoys them so much, he'll start laughing *at himself* before he finishes. It's awesome. I don't know how to work that into a visual medium, though.

o_0 The world you live in is twisted and strange.

Hee! I love that! My mom does that when she tells jokes. It cracks me the fuck up.

M*A*S*H. Specifically, the tv show, in this case. Because Alan Alda my dad, only with more drinking and womanizing.

Oh. Lame. They have greater differences, which I think are far more interesting.

True, and that's a silly reason to fan them both. *But* they are similarities, which often give a really good base from which to compare in fun ways. Not that I've done it, but if you're looking at it from a position of "these two people are very different," it's nice to have those superficial similarities to bolster your argument for comparing them at all.

Does that make sense?
