Lovely artwork too, and i know just what you mean about the LJ entries. I havent updated mine for ages and when i leave them for ages i have a small novel to write. (its hell on the digits)

I think you should get another cat. Thing I've found, is that you can never replace a pet but you can make a new friend without tarnishing the memory of the others.

And so is your kitty! She is so...perched.
The phantom one reminds me of Jane Eyre's painting. She shows Mr. Rochester her paintings when they first meet and one is of a white hand rising from stormy water.
