Ouch

What a day. As if I didn't have enough on my plate just from all the meetings, runnings arounds, and actual work to do here, I had a massive crash at around 1 pm.  As a result, I feel approximately like I've been hit by a jumbo-jet.  My body aches, my brain is throbbing like some strange alien growth, and I've got the shakes from hell.  Diabetes

Thanks. I took the day off yesterday. Turned out that I have some sort of bug. Yuck. Still feel horrible today but well enough to work.
