I totally had ovarian cysts, and they tottaly thought it was the UTI. But it wasn't. They aren't so bad, plus they give you the automatic right to whine.

A minor surgery. Your in the hospital for one day. They put you under, fill your stomach with gas, inspect your ovaires with a camera and remove where nesscary.
