My cell phone is spazzing out a bit. Sometimes I get incoming calls, sometimes I don't and when I do, it shuts itself off after a few minutes of talking. I also can't seem to send or receive text messages without a bunch of error messages. So, um. I'll be checking email quite a bit for the next few days until I get a new one.

It sounds like you have T-mobile. Eldridge went through similar stuff recently, and they wouldn't get him a new phone even after he replaced the battery and it still died on him after a couple hours. He finally got a new one when it wouldn't even turn on after two straight days of charging.
