Um, what if the new place is haunted, like poltergeist haunted? Or you move in and find out that the neighbors have kids just like village of the damned only much louder. Oh Heavens, let's hope the place is free of silverfish and asbestos.

no, none of that. i took the precautions for each individual concern already.

yes, a pool. but more importantly, a jacuzzi.
