New York Times 8/17/84: John Shea BROADWAY
By Enid Nemy Published: August 17, 1984
Bianca Jagger, the former wife of Mick, wants to be a serious actress. The only problem is that, what with jet-set friends, designer clothes, discoth eques and parties, some people won't take her seriously. ''Maybe if I work on the stage, the people who have their doubts will look on me in a different way,'' said Mrs. Jagger, who is in Williamstown, Mass., rehearsing ''Daniela Frank,'' a new play. ''It's a big challenge for me.'' The play, by Alonzo Alegeria, the Peruvian playwright who also wrote ''Crossing Niagara,'' was inspired by the story of Janet Cooke, the former reporter for The Washington Post who won a Pulitzer Prize for a story that was later disclosed to be fiction.

She will co-star with John Shea, last seen in ''End of the World.''The play, directed by Jack Hofsiss, who did ''The Elephant Man,'' will be in workshop at the Williamstown Theater Festival next Tuesday through Aug. 25. If plans work out, said Peregrine Whittlesey, one of the producers, the production will come to New York this year.

Mass Live 6/13/13: John Shea Viewoint: Danny Lynch epitomized best of Hungry Hill
By Richard J. McCarthy on June 13, 2013 at 5:30 PM
One of Danny's great quips took place when he went to the Williamstown Theatre Festival in the summer of 1984 to see a play starring Bianca Jagger, Mick's ex-wife, in her stage debut. He got himself invited out afterward with the cast, due to the fact that someone we went to high school with, John Shea, was in the production.
