First Appearance: " Conspiracy Theory."
Details: Dr. Robert Harrow created bacteria-carrying assassins in Project Contact, whom corrupt government official Nick Benedict planned to use against foreign dignitaries. When Dr. Harrow grew nervous as he learned how the assassins were going to be used, Nick used him as the first test assassination victim.
