Details: Jasper's was the coffee bar Emma deLauro and Michelle Bigelow used to frequent in high school. Emma would telempathically induce the cashier to give them free drinks and Michelle would use her telecybernetic abilities to shut down the electricity in the place so that they could make their escape.
