Details: Harve Guffman was the manager at the WXDV television station where Barry Sterling was a production assistant. When he refused to be swayed by GS agent Nick Renfield’s fake FCC credentials, Nick froze him so that he could break into the station’s computer database for Kilohertz’s last broadcast.
