I kind of love Jesse. A mostly normal Two? What is this madness? ;) And yet, he's still a Two, which is, perhaps, why it blows my mind so.

The funeral for Felix made me really sad, though I loved Zarek's little speech. (I also smiled to realize that even outside of YFL-verse, you made them New Caprica friends. I love that dynamic, and it should be fun to see how it plays out here!)

I really, really liked how Jesse and Louis form a bond here. (I'm a huge fan of anything that helps the cylons individually to understand the weight of what they did.)

Ooh, I'd forgotten about Gage working in CIC. Slimy jerk. Ugh.

I like how you're integrating Jesse into the story here, and definitely happy to see Lee commenting sooner, rather than later, about how upset people are with the alliance.

I really like the additions to the funeral, especially the bit with Caprica speaking out-of-turn. It really drives home how awkward and strange the idea of permanent death is for the Cylons, that she knows how funerals work intellectually but doesn't quite get the details right. That plays in so nicely with Jesse's discovery of grief, which still breaks me.
