Alright. Magnus is coming from an alternate world which means..he wouldn’t know any of the people from this earth. HOWEVER. They might have existed on the Earth that he came from

Bucky is still the sidekick of Captain America, only he never died and instead stayed with the Russians by choice because Commies are actually okay. Ish. In an alternate reality. Maybe.
Anyway, he still worked for the KGB/was a product of the Red Room for a bit, but decided the cold war was really awkward (to say the least) and escaped back to the US. Which was also awkward. He aged normally (for a comic book character) and eventually wrote a book about sidekicking, and whatnot. In general, he's a semi-well known public figure. Ish.
Oh, and his relationship with Steve is kind of rocky. It's a great source of angst.
Karen Starr is the CEO of Starrware, a company which makes assorted vague environmentally friendly technological advances or something. In her spare time she flies around in a cape and smacks crime around the face with an abandoned motor vehicle.
Dorrek VIII attempted some Skrull invasion or other that went about as successfully as most Skrull invasions of Earth go (ie. abysmally poorly, probably because his choice of disguise was, like, Abraham Lincoln or something), and, rather than go back to the throneworld and deal with the emperor getting disproportionately pissed off with him about it, elected to stay on earth, where he hangs around with some humans who are decent to him and is comically ignorant about earth things. Possibly crimefighting occurs.
Pixie is the plucky youngest member of a Welsh team of superheroes who protect Wales from evil. It's the coolest fucking thing ever except for the part where they're Welsh.
I'm going to stick to fanfic paradigm and say Naruto would be a loved brat with the mother and the father and the whole shebang. Same personality. Just as outgoing/loud/obnoxious. ♥
