Book two publication news.

I've got the manuscript and cover for book two finished, but Lulu.com's file conversion system is giving me problems. If everything clears itself up, I should have book two available for sale by midnight (CST) tonight. The book is 374 pages long, and includes a foreword and a bonus section describing where some of the characters' names came from.

How are you finding the whole lulu conversion thing? I've been thinking of doing khaos for a while, but the page ratios are different to the comic sizes so whatever size I use leaves me with a really big gap at the bottom.

Well, I have an advantage there, in that I'm writing fiction... prose is like a liquid, it expands to fill the shape of its container. :P It would mean more work for you, but you could always fill the gap with a little bit of commentary on the page in question, or some marginalia like what Sergio Aragones used to draw (or maybe still does?) for Mad Magazine... little chibi doodle antics, or something
