Falafel, yummy!! So that was the first, as it's an Arab dish eaten by America (and they're both right, it tastes very good). Then there is America sharing jazz, both American and England played songs by foreign composers (I can't remember whether these two were German, Austrian, or one from each...), England teaching America the harpischord, and... oh, I can't get the fifth one. Darn it.
This was a very cute example of cultural exchange, and a very, very nice bonding moment between Alfred and Arthur. I never thought about sharing music, but that is a really nice take on the prompt, and I completely enjoyed this fic!
For some reason, though, the ending made me tear up. Though the rest was sweet, and I enjoyed listening to the youtube. You have a gift for describing music in words.
cultural exchanges: --chopin --beethoven --falafel --harpsichord --jazz
I think my favorite part was America's "fashion", and the way that England described it. This whole thing was perfect, however--the dynamic between these two is just as it should be--a tug-of-war, with both sides not relenting or revealing how they really feel. :D
Excellent fic!
btw, would you mind if i friended you? i like being friends with everyone at the contest.

Thank you so much for your kind review! ^_^
The more I get comfortable with writing Arthur, the more I enjoy writing these two together. So thanks again!

You're very welcome. Arthur isn't very easy to write, but I think you nailed him pretty well.
