After FREAKING OUT and GETTING SERIOUS he would try to spend every waking moment with her. If she let him, anyway. :< He'd still think of himself as her protector, and possibly Serpents Pass-esk paranoia would go down! But unlike Suki, Yue actually does need someone to make sure she doesn't get hurt. Eventually Sokka would kiiind of back off but oh man he would be so obsessed with her and making her comfortable and keeping BAD PEOPLE AWAY for like. The first month or so.

Right now, Sokka misses Suki like crazy! If Yue came to camp, Suki would... not exactly cease to be a factor, but he'd look at it more like a "this could be our only chance" kind of thing and pick off from where he left off with her.

INDULGENT: Sokka feels so much worse about everything that's happened with Yoshino, 'cause, uh. She's his friend. Ty Lee, however cute she may be, is still kind of weird and evil by association. He feels bad for making Ty Lee cry because making girls cry is NOT OKAY, but she was always a little too touchy-feely with him before the mistletoe incident even when she knew he had a girlfriend, so part of him is like, "...SHE LIKED IT. So she kind of deserved the yelling. Except I made her cry, which means she has actual emotions aaaand that I am a jerk. s-sigh" ALSO a huge factor is that when he and Yoshino got mistletoe'd, just because of the position it felt like he was nonconning her sohard. And he feels extra super bad about it because she's... probably never done anything like that before ever and yeah. O-oh my god, so awkward

So what would Sokka's first reaction be to the GRAND HIGH HOOKER making her debut on a stage made entirely of mistletoe? I NEED TO KNOW.

Sokka would start PUNCHING PEOPLE IN THE FACE INDISCRIMINATELY. And then somehow get his poor whorish sister a blanket to cover herself in a way that wouldn't involve him making out with her. As in he'd probably get Toph to do it.

...So this should really come as a surprise to NO ONE but Goku still believes with all his heart that babies are delivered by storks to random people. Kind of like winning the lottery, only worse. I don't know how this hasn't come up in camp yet BUT IT NEEDS TO.
