MUSKRAT JAMBOREE 2015 REGISTRATION IS OPEN.

The information you must provide to us in your comment in order to be registered:
- Your real name (and/or the name of the person for whom you are registering)
- Name you would like on your badge (for each person being registered)
- A valid email address (for each person being registered)
- The method of payment you are intending to use: PayPal, Check (US Dollars only), or Money Order (US Dollars only)
- Age Statement stating: I certify that I am 18 years or older. or I certify that I am 21 years or older.
*NOTE: The badge name you provide will be the name that will appear on our registered attendees list. You can choose whichever username you wish - be it your LJ, twitter, tumblr, AO3, your real name, or some combination thereof! We'll do a post asking for final changes to your badge name as the convention draws closer.
You will get an initial CONFIRMATION EMAIL stating that you are registered, pending payment. We will provide you with the necessary payment information in this initial confirmation email.
If necessary, there will be a waitlist for those who do not get a spot in the first round of registrations. The waitlist post will go up on the Muskrat Jamboree Community as soon as all registration spots are filled, and will be first come, first served.
Important:
Attendance is limited to the first 155 people who register. We will tweet @muskratinfo and post to the muskratjamboree community when all the slots are filled. We must receive payment from you within SEVEN DAYS of registration. If we do not receive payment, your membership will be dropped and we will offer it to the first person on the waitlist.
To Pay:
PAYPAL:
- You may use PayPal to send your registration fee. ($123.00 US dollars via PayPal.) Your subject line needs to have Muskrat Jamboree and your badge name in it. We will provide you with the PayPal pay-to address in your registration confirmation email.
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
- You may mail a check or money order in US dollars. ($120.00 US dollars via check or money order.) If you indicate that you intend to pay via check or money order, your initial confirmation email will provide you with the payment name and mailing address.
Once we receive your payment, you will get a FINAL CONFIRMATION email stating that you are a FULLY REGISTERED Muskrat Jamboree Attendee! \o/
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your registration or transfer it to another person without penalty (except PayPal fees) until January 15, 2015. After January 15, 2015 we will not be processing cancellations, but you can still transfer your membership to another person. If you transfer a registration between January 15 and February 15, 2015, it will cost an additional $5; between February 15 and March 1, 2015, it will cost an additional $10. After March 1, 2015, we will no longer process transfers or refunds.
