No matter how busy things get, a slow-cooked supper just seems to make life easier. Next rinds I have am gonna make this vegetarian, so without the chicken and use white beans! Thanks for sharing. My mouth is watering.

Hmmmm...I'd take that crusty bread, slice it in half, smear it with fresh pesto, add slices of fresh tomato and basil leaves, top with fresh mozzarella, bake at 450 until the mozz is melted and bubbly....
