i get what you mean. i'm not exactly in a bed of roses either with a degree i'm trying to like. but career isnt what makes you in the end. even if so, there're i'm sure other ways of getting to where you want to be. if you like to help people, there are other routes to that other than medicine. and i'm sure you've been doing that (; just my 2 cents
