I am pretty sure its fictional, as I could not find a news report for it, also its all over the internet in the form of the joke. I even checked snopes but there is nothing there.

I would love to know if it really happened too.... I collect lawyer jokes, for obvious reasons. That one would likely make my professors die laughing!!
