“Forgive me Hermione,” Ron placed a kiss at her temple.
“No.”
“Please?” he whispered in her ear.
“No.”
“I’ll be your best friend,” he kissed along her neck.
“You already are.”
“I’ll love you forever.” More kisses.
“I thought that’s what this ring meant.”
“I made you brownies.”
“Brownies?”
“Yep. There’s chocolate sauce and whipped cream too.”
“You’re really sorry?”
“Hell yes! I promise to put the toilet seat …”
“Enough. Get the chocolate and whipped cream, I’ll be in the bedroom.”
“What about the brownies?”
“We’ll eat those later.” Walking down the hall, she unbuttoned her blouse, “Coming?”
“Brilliant!”
