About three months ago, I noticed a mole on my shoulder that was not there before. I went to have it checked on Feb 5. My doctor removed it and the pathologist report came back as melanoma. *hugs* I am so glad that it wasn't cancer. Melanoma is so scary...I can only imagine the hell you were going through worrying about the results. Thank God it turned out for the best for you :) Being someone that has many, many moles/freckles on my shoulders and other body parts, I know that I should get them checked. With everything else going on with me right now though, it's the last thing on my mind...your scare is a wake up though, and I'm going to get mine checked as soon as I get the time.
