It's funny, I was thinking about LJ the other day and how it represented a certain part of my life. It's was definitely catharsis for me. I'm beyond catharsis now, I'd have to make it a career in order to write about it, and no one would want to read it anyway. I only have time for the odd ends and bits that FB and Twitter provide me.

On the other hand, I was an early adopter of LJ and I have a permanent account. :-)

I think for me, lj is proof that I love words - I love writing them, I love reading them - and no matter what stage of life lj has been a constant I guess - a place where I hang my hat & post my pictures. And while there are some here I still feel community with - there's a greater percentage of folks who read my journal who aren't on lj at all...but know I hang my hat here. So I stay.

As far as drums go, I'm down in Salem, so the only drums I have access to are down here.

my job is in tualatin so i compromised to live near there for the time being until i get used to local life.i'll maybe move to Portland in summer.
I want to play drums.I expected that i could find band practice studio thingy easily in the US...text to 5037355540,please.i want text friends:)
