hi! i'm like super new in everything related to the community and all, so i was wondering if i use this round as base to make icons?? I would give proper credits and all, it's that i've just seen it like now and i found the themes and category's really cool so i wanted to do them... Is there any problem? (sorry if my english is hard to understand >.<)
If you're asking me if you can use bases made by someone else to make your icons and participate in this challenge, the the answer is no, I'm sorry. All work in the icon must be your own (bases included).

no i meant if i can use the themes/categories even tho the rounds are already closed to make my own icons. and you are no dumb, i was very confusing, sorry for that >.
