that's how i feel about internet dating myself - could work but i'm seriously lacking the right level of interest/energy to try. i think probably the answers to "does this mean i suddenly want to be in a relationship?" and "does this mean that i'm suddenly going to start actively looking for that other person?" have to be "definitely yes" for it to be worth your while because it's pretty goal oriented.

Let's not forget that trainers are commissioned workers. If they don't book appointments, they don't get paid. That's what's driving him to push you to more than one session per week. If you can't afford it, then tell him that. Remember, he's YOUR employee. Don't let him sass you.
