Thank God for happy, not tearful goodbyes to all of my new friends at school, all A's, more merit scholarship money from NEC, a new puppy, being at home with friends and family, the Spivey Hall children's choir always in my ear, and going to Atlanta to hear my daddy play in his band in about 2 hours

fyi: only seven people in the entire voice dept(undergrad-phd) recieved more merit money.
74 people in the dept.
10% recieve more money.
= 7 people
