I've always wanted to spend a day in B&N reading new books but I always wonder if you have to buy them first. Not because I want to read and not buy (even though I may be owed that after dropping so much cash there lol), but because I never seem to see bags with the people who are reading.

I don't download books and my library is seriously tiny.

I'm not sure how it is done in your area (or even if it's different?) but at BN people sit in the aisles reading shit all the time! They don't really care. Also, does your library do inter-library loan? My town is small and our libs is pretty small, but inter-library loan is a LIFESAVER!
