After months of saying, "Okay, I'm going to work out soon," I finally started last week. Since I'm coming out of a years-long lazy stretch, I'm just doing pretty simple stuff right now - alternating three sets of what I call the warm-up (ten push-ups, twenty crunches, ten leg lifts) with three sets of kettlebell exercises.
