I told you the 30 day shred is hard. It took about 3 days for me to be able to not feel like I was going to die at the end.

If you dont like the jumping part, maybe just do the rest every day, and do the cardio on your own time or something.

I tried level 1 again on tuesday and was able to get through it. I've found a spot in my room where the shaking is minimal. The high impact is still really rough on my knee though... so we'll see. Even if I don't do it every day, it's still a good workout a few times a week.
