I tried level 1 again on tuesday and was able to get through it. I've found a spot in my room where the shaking is minimal. The high impact is still really rough on my knee though... so we'll see. Even if I don't do it every day, it's still a good workout a few times a week.

If you dont like the jumping part, maybe just do the rest every day, and do the cardio on your own time or something.
