Soooooo, I'm extremely late on this. Originally, I had some type of story vaguely planned, but when I started to write it, it just sucked. I waited a few days to think up a new tactic, and did! But, it too sucked. Rather than have
laridian beat me into a bloody pulp, I've decided to just do it commentary/stream of consciousness style and get it done. So,

Wow, this family sure does like its clothing-optional lifestyle, don't they?
A beach lot and a downtown! Yay! And now we know what tan and sunburned aliens look like!
I don't have ACR and yet the matchmaker keeps pairing adults and teens. What's going on there?
I've added this to the master list of installments. Yay deux! :D

At some point, everyone in this family got nekked. Their last name should be nudist! :P
I have inteen, which allows the matchmaker to hook up teens with adults and elders if the chemistry is there. Yes, I am going to hell. XD

It's too bad your story didn't work out for you. The things you mentioned seemed like they would have made for an interesting story, but if it wasn't coming together, it's best not to force it.
I love that all the kids got the recessive alien eyes. I really hope they make it through the next generation and get to me too. That would be sweet. (And make for an interesting potential story, if all goes well.)
It's also cool to see another family business here.

One of my original ideas was to mimic Anne Rice's "Interview With The Vampire" and have a random sim interview Louis about his life, and so the story would be from his POV, but I just couldn't get into his voice. What can ya do?
When does it get to you? I checked the recessive on the kids, and its good mix of alien and regular. Whoever goes next could possibly get more alien genes in, for all we know. :P
The family business got to level 5, is that good? I have no idea. They only opened on days when everyone was home, which wasn't a lot, but at least they made a profit. :)

Yeah, well there's not much you can do if you're just not feeling it. I like your commentary stuff anyway. It's fun to read.
It goes to iceraptoress next, and then to me, so there's a chance the alien eyes might hold out. Armand would give us the only chance for alien skin and nose too (though I won't cry if the nose is gone by the time it gets to me). Thanks for the recessives red too. I'm hoping some of these things will get to me. It's much more exciting than getting a sim with all dominant genes.
Level five is good. Getting a home-based business to level 10 is just a matter of putting the time into it. I'd like to try a restaurant one day. I testing it out once and it seemed harder.

I imagine a restaurant would be harder to manage with cooks and waiters and hosts, rather than just needed a cashier and a sales person. Good luck with that! :)

This was such fun to read! I think that even if you weren't able to go with your original story idea, what you chose to use instead worked really well. And now I'm completely torn on who to vote for; I like all three candidates, in different ways. ^^;;
I know I've said this before, in other RR installments, but this challenge is so much fun. ^^ I'm really enjoying how different everyone's installments have been. Thank you for sharing yours! ^_^

Once I started doing the commentary, it got to be kinda fun to write. Those crazy pixels are just too silly not to love to watch make fools of themselves. :D

I always love your commentary style. And the little censoring you put on the nudies (which you ALWAYS have).
But do I see another theme cropping up for the Round Robin family? I hope the next person has a family business AND a skunk sprays someone (I'm jealous that one of the heirs got sprayed, I only got a cheap ass customer--though he so deserved it).
So, did you like running a business (and checking out other EP stuff)? Did you get it to level 10? No joking, that was my favorite part of this challenge. I've never had so many badges on so many sims.

Theme? What theme? There's a theme? :P I do believe that you're the only person who'd ever get jealous about the skunk thing.
Having a business was okay. I only did it because Robin had those badges from when you played her. I got it to level 5, but it was only open for a few days since the kids had to be home, but I also wanted them to do other things besides the shop. Since I had to play out all 15 teen days, the business was a welcome distraction. :)
