This is atrocious. I had my first ever case study this morning at 0900 and I went first which was all good and well... but I forgot to introduce myself and, when doing a transfer from a wheelchair to the bed, I forgot to put the brakes on. It didn't help that the case study featured two meds I was not familiar with, as well as a condom catheter
