Toon is well for an old lady. The joints don't look like they work as well as they used to. She is a very quiet cat, but she's been quiet since she moved in. She's a feisty one still. She's beaten up Oliver, my young, huge tom cat a couple of times at least. I have to say she's having a good run of it. We are coming up on three years that she's lived with us, 2 more than I ever expected.
Cats definitely choose you, and I have been chosen. I think moving in with us was a good choice on Toon's part. I love her dearly. She likes Hascouf. Ignores C completely. Sleeps on my pillow at night. She really likes my mom, too. Shows you that it is possible to adopt an older cat and have it go well!
