⋆Ten Facts
o1] Real name is Rene but has absolutely no knowledge of it at all, at the most he knows that it starts with an R but Bookman won't tell him anymore than that.
o2] Sort of resents being part of this whole star twin thing mostly for the fact that it means he'll never be a true Bookman. Something that wasn't shared with him until they joined the Order and he took up the name Lavi.
o3] He refuses to look for his twin at all and pretty much ignores the pings he feels around a certain someone. To him it's something he didn't want, why would he react like the others?
o4] Likes gardening, a lot. It happens to be one of his favorite places to hide. Working with flowers just requires patience, something he has a lot of. Has a pretty good green thumb as well, can do a lot with very little.
o5] Also skilled in archery though Bookman keeps him from entering many competitions like those that have seen him shoot want him to do. He's just content with using the skill to protect himself and Bookman, as well as feed them and those that are in need of food.
o6] Born to a gypsy woman who died right after childbirth, giving him his name - which is the name of his father - and the rest of the gypsies handed him over to an orphanage. They believed his red hair was a curse brought down on them in the form of a young baby boy.
o7] Likes helping others and constantly gives his pocket money to the needy. After missions are completed his companions often lose him to clean up crews and soup kitchens until they finally drag him off somehow. He wants to do things for others because he would have probably been in their place if it weren't for Bookman.
o8] Finds himself humming a certain nursery rhyme when he's doing menial work that lets his mind wander. And those wandering thoughts always lead him to thinking about a certain someone whenever he's humming the rhyme. It usually ends up with him punching something nearby, never a person.
o9] Loves hanging out with Allen and Kanda, to him they're his best friends in the entire world. Even if he's not supposed to have them. Just once he wants to have connections to see if he can pull away from them when it comes down to it.
1o] Has a horrible tendancy of falling asleep wherever he is if given half the chance. This usually tends to be when nothing interesting is going on that needs recording, he always wakes up right before that kind of thing starts anyway, or while waiting for a train.
11] Has a tattoo along his ribcage on the left side that says "Rise Above" going down long ways. And has been contemplating getting a set of small and tasteful wings on his shoulder blades.
12] Knows that Tyki knows of his real name only because the damned Noah keeps taunting and teasing him, saying that "I know what your mother named you" and what not. It irritates him endlessly and all he wants to do is shut the older man up, but every time he tries, he's not successful.
13] Loves long hair, just tangling his fingers in it and playing with it. But to keep from doing that around Tyki - giving into the bond more - he cut it himself when Tyki came back, he's glad that Tyki likes to keep it short.
14] When Tyki told him that there was a way that they could end the bond without hurting both of them, his heart could have stopped. Not out of joy but out of fear, being totally alone without someone to lean on even not physically. Tyki was always there with him since the moment he was born and not having that bond - even though he hates it - just devastates him.
15] Starting to have dreams about Tyki from someone else's point of view, someone who's obviously closer to the Noah than he has been. He never hears her name, never sees her face, but he knows it's a woman.
16] It sort of upsets him, makes him jealous and the same time he's envious. But the feelings shut him down at the same time because he doesn't want to feel it.
17] Has a birthmark on the small of his back, he hasn't ever really noticed it before, it doesn't have a defined shape but one could say it looks like a heart sort of cracked at the top.
18] Lately he hasn't fallen asleep in random places like he did at home, mostly from sleeping like a rock in the DR when he does sleep.
19] Had a record when he was still quite young where he had to dress up as a girl briefly. Lavi chooses not to remember this record very often.
2o] Cannot play an instrument to save his life. And while he wants to learn he also doesn't want to murder it. The musical arts just don't hold anything for him aside from loving to listen to them.
21] His favorite food to eat and to cook is omlettes, he's very good at cooking almost any kind of version of them. He tries to limit himself on how many he eats per week, though. They're delicious but not too good on the heart in the amounts he'd like to eat.
22] His real name - Rene Lacroix - was told to him by his world's Cross, and he also found out that the General was his father. And while he got to find out about his mother, the two have agreed to keep quiet about this. (Though Kanda (twinillusions) and Tyki (teasingstar) now know of this information.)
23] Blushes whenever he hears his real name, every single time. Slightly embarrassed and unusued to hearing it so every time he hears it there's a little thrill that goes through Lavi.
24] While shocked at first to find out that Cross is his father - really, who wouldn't be? - Lavi has come to accept that there are too many similarities between his life and the general's. Why else would Bookman do everything he could to keep the redhead from meeting with Cross more than necessary? Lavi is...quite glad he has a father, he's unsure on how much he's supposed to lean on him for support, but glad.
25] Lavi sometimes wants to punch Cross, but it's not for any reason that Cross might think, like just because Cross is being Cross. Lavi won't punch the man without good reason because the older man can overpower him and that's not fun.
26] He feels spoiled and undeserving of all the people that love him. But he wouldn't throw them away now that he has them. He'd probably break down if he had to leave them. Seriously considering leaving Bookman to keep his family. Even if he owes the old man as much as he does.
27] Oddly misses his white Tease. He can't bring himself to draw on the silver one.
28] Unlike his father and his twin star, Lavi did not sleep around a lot when he was growing up. Bookman didn't really allow for it past those two times that he was able to slip away from the watchful eye. So he's rather clueless on how to undo or do up a woman's clothes and underthings. But learned when the DR tea party made him female for a while.
29] Lavi loves Kanda with everything that he is. But he finds that he can't put Alma through the same thing that he's being put through by Tyki. And he can't put Tyki through the same thing that Daisya put Joyd through. So he fights now to be just friends with Kanda when he wants no more than to just hide in bed with him on rainy days under the sheets.
30] Loves horses and riding them - used to work in the orphanage stables (it was joined to a church) and then later on had a record handling them.
31] Has nightmares about when he was an Akuma, that chilling feeling of being controlled by someone else. He hates it and wakes up in cold sweats from it.

It felt weird with anyone else (except Twin), weird enough that it's the reason he didn't take after his father more. He couldn't get past that feeling that it was wrong. So right now he's very Tykisexual, specifically Star. But. He doesn't mind sleeping in the same bed as others.
