Lavi (21) thewrongname
Female originally named Retana, record 25 was Lavi (age 14-16) and a burlesque dancer/singer with stage name Vivi. Record 48 was Lillian (age 19), Del (Deak) was the 47th. Record 49 is Mattias (pronounced mah-tee-ass yet goes by 'Tias) and an Exorcist with Tettsui. Has family, remembers them but says she does not, they apprenticed her to Bookman, writes letters home on a monthly basis and gets to go home for a week every year.
Allen (19)
Male orginally with name unknown - Mana picks him up and calls him Neah (Allen "The Musician" is in his head). Neah goes female when his Innocence wakes at Mana's death, male again when his Innocence evolves, stays male when it "disappears." Genders flip around as he tries to invoke it again and again, finally settling as male with Crown Clown.
Cross
Male originally, female upon getting a gun-Innocence named Judgement, male upon recovering The Grave of Maria and manipulating Maria's Innocence through his sorceror's powers. However Cross stays male when he gives up Judgement, this might be because it made him female in the first place or Cross's other-worldly powers at work.
Kanda (21)
Male originally - as well as in his past life (female with Innocence) - named Alma Karma yet goes by Karma. The experiments cast him back and forth between genders until he finally "bonded" with Mugen as a male.
Lenalee (20)
Female originally, male with Dark Boots and went by Lee to avoid confusion. When they go crystal she's back to female.
Tyki (29)
Male originally named Joyd, went female when Noah awoke yet went by Joy. Went male again during the incident in the Ark when Tyki (Noah of Pleasure) woke up all the way and he takes advantage of it.
Alma
Female originally - as well as in her past life (male with Innocence) - named Kanda Yuu yet goes by Yuu. Switched around and stuck as male at time of "going insane" then frozen that way.
