Cat on Bird
Tyki is afraid to think that he actually cares so much about Jason, afraid to let anyone know that he is actually in love. He felt like crap when he found the phoenix all torn up, helpless as all get out while stuck as a panther and couldn't care for him like he wanted. Feels even more like crap - not to mention rage and more helplessness - when he found out who did it. Tyki wants to find a door to the phoenix's world and tear the snake apart no matter what the damage to himself. He lost one precious person and he's not going to lose another, can't lose another, especially one he's invested his heart in. Because Jason is precious Joyd wants to take him and hide him from the world, to Joyd Lavi is theirs and they shouldn't have to share. Tyki ignores the Memory as best he can, making up for it by holding Lavi as much as he can as long as he's allowed to or can stand. His scars ache when Lavi's back is to his chest, he has burns from the Innocence flames, but he'll still hold on. And when the rage from the ignored Memory gets too much Tyki goes off to kill Akuma, maybe a Finder when the machines don't cut it anymore. He hopes that "feather" never finds out either, he's afraid Lavi will leave or get angry with him, but he knows he has to tell him at some point. And like he said, Tyki won't abuse the knowledge of his name and will only use it when things are intimate between them - which the cat doubts will happen - or he's trying to get his attention. He wants to spoil Lavi, ignoring his laziness for the bird, even if he protests at it, it's how Tyki shows he cares because he doesn't know any other way to. But...the cat will never tell Lavi he loves him.
Bug on Bird
Honestly it hasn't really changed since their last meet up. Lavi likes his company because he's not weird around the Flame King, puts up with his grumpy attitude. There aren't a lot of people that do that without threatening to hit or leave. And Lavi'll need his friendship pretty soon when everything falls to pieces. Lavi isn't quite at the point where he'll completely trust and relax with the phoenix but being a fellow fire-guy it helps.
Crow on Demon
lmao It hasn't changed. They haven't interacted much since the last one, probably due to me holding back the Crow to keep his personality straight with all the things going on with Aiden. But he'll be out more for Blake to bother soon.
Angel on Demon
Blake...is his best friend, a friend he really didn't expect to have in this place considering that they're versions of each other on the other side. Lavi considers Blake right up there with Tyki but he's...more certain on the bedding thing with Blake than he is Tyki. And even though Blake constantly teases and leads him on, Lavi really does enjoy his company. Plus, with the secret of his name Lavi intends to be very careful, he knows what it can do and it's something that will never be told to anyone else. The angel would probably do anything within his powers to protect Blake and Avari from harm, though if Blake and Tyki ever have a row neither should expect the angel's help. He can't choose. He knows that he should probably stay away, he starts wondering if hanging out with Blake - or even Avari - is going to hurt his angelic status even locked away in the Dressing Room.
Rabbit on Demon
Michael...is confused. Not so much about the doubles thing with thanks to the trip to Abyss but about Avari. It's a stupid thing to get stuck on but he never really thought about having a kid of his own. And now the idea is kind of implanted in his head although he knows that he's not able to take care of one with the way his head is. Still, while gruff, the guy seemed interesting enough.
Arc on Angel
Even though he grudgingly accepted Lavi's friendship the fallen angel isn't all that bad in Gabriel's opinion. Does that mean he doesn't want to shoot him in the head sometimes? No. He does. But he won't. Instead he'll just beat the angel's ass out on the training mats. And he's kinda...proud of how far the guy has come along in training despite having been out of the heavenly host for Lord knows how long. And whether Lavi believes it or not - or that Gabriel will tell him even - he gives the Arc hope because he's a fallen angel and he's still trying to do good. It keeps Gabe's heart filled with hope that one day Michael will finally come back, he knows God will forgive him if he just came back and ready to repent. That's why he holds out the same hope for Lavi, though knowing the job that has to be done he knows the angel won't. He still hopes. Because Lavi is nice at the heart of it all, and that means that maybe Michael is just hiding and is still good too.
Vamp on Angel
Lavi is his heart. The center of everything that keeps Allen holding onto his humanity. Sure having friends like besomeothername and selfdeluded help, but the angel is the main part of it. And while he's always afraid that one day Lavi will move on, or wake up and smite him as a weapon of God, he still loves him and wants to be near him. Even through the bad times. He doesn't want to be scared, he doesn't want to be alone, and the angel won't die like the others. He's one person that Allen can safely give his heart and not worry about it going in the ground with that coffin. But he worries that he's too clingy and too dependent on the angel, that he's not allowing the guy space. And honestly he's trying to remedy that by going out more at night and not staying in the cabin. He doesn't know if it'll help but he's trying. He wants to make it work no matter what the angel is going through.
Nevan on Yuli
There are so many things he could say about her and most would be in jest - but secretly true - but the one thing he says is the absolute truth: Yuli is beautiful. He'd like nothing more than to prove that to her one day if she'd let him. He loves to tease her though simply because it's the grade-school way of showing he cares. The female assassin will always be in a special place in Lavi's "non-existant" heart, she taught him properly despite Lavi annoying the living hell out of her. And because she reacts he knows that she cares about him even if it's on a comrade level only. He knows he can't stay with her at home or take Daisya's place, he wants to - for the first time since he joined Bookman - belong somewhere. And that somewhere is with her. He still hasn't realized this, all he knows is he wants Kanda to want to be by his side as much as he wants to be by hers. She's his teacher, comrade, partner, and close friend. She knows the buttons to push to make him gloomy and the ones to brighten him up. He feels more comfortable with her than in his own skin, he'd do anything for her. Even tell her his real name.
Mute on Blind
Joyd is eternally grateful for whatever deity that sent Atticus his way, he would still be hiding out in the courtyard he appeared in if it weren't for him. Being so kind to an absolute stranger and offering to translate for him wherever he went... His kind don't get those kinds of offers often - not to mention when they usually do it's a trap of sorts - and he was wary about accepting it. But now he finds he's glad that he did, he enjoy's the Bookman's company and just wishes he could do more to repay him. A song won't quite do it so Joyd will probably do whatever Atticus would like to do or try and give him whatever he needs whenever he needs it. And while he wouldn't quite guide Atticus around...he'd probably try and find some way for the guy to get around without bruising his shins and falling down all the time.
Angel on Twin
Deke! Lavi really enjoys his company and would love to hang out with him more. I mean who else has a craving for Metateranian or Brazilian besides Tyki? And he can never find the guy and keep him around long enough to attempt getting a lunch in. Deke, however, fits that bill to a tee and he loves it, having the opportunity to talk food with someone else. And while he wishes that Deke would rely on him a little more, he understands why he doesn't, that cute little human quirk that Lavi loves and hates. Bother him! Deke knows that the angel isn't hardly ever doing anything so he won't mind in the slightest.
Vamp on Twin
Allen...actually thinks that Deke is the cutest thing since Kila. I know it's horrible to say that, but that's the way he feels about the guy. And Allen really loves his friendship, he doesn't push the vampire's triggers. There's no desire there to see how he tastes or get close enough to get his scent on him. It's just friendship and really that's all he's after.
Healer on Twin
lol It's not much different on his CR chart to tell the truth... He needs to meet the guy more. :T
