Thoughts He's got an awake Fourteenth, something Vao simply can't stand. Still, he is an Exorcist at the same time, so there's that calm that his Innocence gives him when he's in the presence of one who won't attack him for what he is and what's inside of him.

Thoughts He wants to trust her, he does. Since she's being so nice to him even after the whole thing with Samuil and everything else. And there's the calming factor from being around Innocence, but he can't bring himself to let down those guarded walls like he has done for the Noah in his world.

Thoughts Not really sure to think about him, at least Vao wants to think Kanda is a he. He refuses to believe that Kanda is a woman in some world and pregnant. Kind of reminded him of the good old days, where he was allowed to have that kind of banter with his own Kanda.

Thoughts Not the one from his home, but his Innocence doesn't itch around her. And there's some sort of nostalgia at seeing her so young once more.

Thoughts Home world. Rhode, his little sister, and yet probably the one who will kill him in the end of all things. There's a bunch of complicated feelings when it comes to her. She's the playful and sadistic girl he took to balls, she's like a little sister to him but she's still the evil little girl that broke his "heart" and tried to get him to kill his best friend in the 49th record. He's wary, but at the same time his guard is completely down. If he allowed his heart time to come out, he would find that he loves her exactly as a sibling would.
