I have no idea what the crossover is with or even what that acronym stands for, but I did want to let you know that it works just fine without any background in that at all. And, of course, great fic.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad it worked for you, even without backgroudn knowledge of both fandoms. Bayliss and Pembleton are from Homicide: Life on the Street. I've edited the post to include that.
OMG, no you did not!! Bayliss and Remus?? *is dead*
Okay, let me resurrect myself briefly to say that I adored this because you got all of their voices down *perfectly*. I especially liked the Bayliss/Pembleton interrogation rhythm. I could practically hear it in my head.
It's so hard to write crossovers like this effectively and you did it! The little details about Remus and the whole werewolf=gay metaphor just works. Very, very cool. :)
Thank you so much! I'm so happy the Bayliss-Pembleton interrogation stuff worked, because that's really not my forte, you know? And that they all seemed in character.
FYI: DeepDiscountDVD has the HLotS DVD's for half price right now. Including the first five seasons for $125. Since I was sucked in to buying them, I figured I might as well spread the insanity. ;)
Season 7 was... eminently missable, really, except for a handful of episodes. Though Bayliss did look hot through it all. *g*
Anyhow, thank you so much! I'm so glad it works for you and feels in character. I think Frank is sort of easing into it, because yeah, they don't have any evidence, except Remus is obviously lying and a stranger.
And the tea thing - I can only imagine what tea-drinking British people must think when they order tea here. I imagine they probably avoid it if possible. *G*
I completely fail at feedback, btw, but I just really liked this. I don't own any Homicide episodes or anything, so it's kind of as if they only exist for me when someone writes them, and it's kind of cool checking in with them every now and then, you know?

I did end up buy other things at that sale, though. Even though I can't really afford them.
Stupid sales.
