ficlet: There Will Be Time (And time yet for a hundred indecisions)

This came out of... well, not nowhere, but I was answering some old comments yesterday and two of them were on my post about how much do the Order members know about Tom Riddle being Voldemort pre-OotP, and how much do they know about what happened to Ginny in the Chamber of Secrets (obviously excluding Dumbledore and McGonagall, whom I expect know ( Read more... )

Wonderful! I always love your Remus, and I don't think I've ever seen this particular moment before in the stories I've read (though some have covered something like it, it's never been described the way you've done it here). Truly excellent :) Can't wait for more.

Thanks so much!

Yeah, I haven't seen it covered much at all, and definitely not the Ginny info.

Can't wait for more.

Heh. I'm thinking about it.

Oooh, lovely! Sad and slightly creepy too for some reason. And making me feel loads more Remus love. And Eliot love. <3333

Thank you!

It's probably just creepy because the description of what happens to Ginny is creepy. *g*

oh, LOVE it. love it. i don't know why i hadn't made the thematic connection between the diary and the map before, but if you do not go forward with this, it won't be because i didn't try hard enough to convince you to do it.

Oh, I occasionally think on it, because Harry does mention it when he first gets the map, but this was the first time I really thought about how *Remus* might react, knowing what they'd done and it possibly being Sirius's idea at the time, and then believing Sirius to be evil at this point... it becomes really interesting. *g*

I'm thinking about it. I definitely amd thinking of the Dumbledore-Remus conversation, and possibly a clandestine search of Filch's office.

Thank you. That was part of the reason I wanted to write this scene, because I imagine him putting it off and putting it off until it feels like he can't ever tell, and then he just has to find Sirius himself and deal with him, you know?

Lovely. And a great angle. I hadn't even thought about that aspect of it, so I'm glad you did.
