I have to admit to having a bit of trouble with "we created a virus that will kill all aliens" (except from that one planet, so far away and so backward that we aren't worried about it, so we'll let them live) It needed someone to say something about the fact that it didn't kill humans, because it really, really should have

Yeah, it was a bit of a head-scratcher. I mean, unless they want to posit that humanity is descended from Kryptonians, but then where are our yellow sun super powers?

I'm surprised by how much I like Rafael now that he's no longer actively pursuing Jane. (I don't quite believe him when he says he's over her, but I love Petra and want her to get what she wants, and she wants him, so. And the way Jane got pregnant always skeeved me, so I was never Team Rafael, even though Michael is kind of bland.) Yes, more of this, please.

I'm starting to get Scoobie Gang vibes from Team Supergirl, which is not a bad thing. I'm glad Lena is good right now, but a part of me wants her to be Kara's Faith.

Yeah, moving him out of the love triangle was the best thing they ever did for him - for all of them, really. I still don't love Michael but I accept that he's Jane's husband and Jane loves him. *hands*

I'd like to see her defy those Luthor odds, but I would be okay with her being a neutral party who sometimes helps and sometimes hinders Kara. If she goes bad I would want her to have the kind of amazing redemption arc Faith got.

Oh, yeah. I was thinking more in terms of a foil for Kara than a straight-up villain. Faith's redemption arc is still one of my favorite character arcs ever.
