I wrote ~1000 words of the VMars/MCU crossover last night. I hope all y'all are happy. Hmph. I'm thinking about doing a dual POV, which I haven't done in a long time. I think about it sometimes and then back away, as usual preferring a tight third person when it comes down to actually writing. I guess we'll see what happens ( Read more... )

I liked the dark aspect of the last three movies, especially HBP, but I get what you mean about movies being so visually dark as to impair the eye. It sometimes happens for me, too.

Next time I'm home alone, I think I'll do as you did and watch DH1 & 2 back to back, skipping the epilogue. It sounds fun.

Yeah, it's not the dark content that bothers me, it's the having to up the brightness on my TV because I can't see what's happening in the scene!

I enjoyed it enough I did it twice in two days. *g*

So, I am THRILLED you're writing the VM/MCU crossover. So excited I called vivwiley at work and read her your whole idea. And we hope that there is a place for Logan in this story, and would also like to point out, that maybe Lynn Lester Echolls had family back East, say family in Brooklyn and Indiana. Because, why not? I mean, c'mon!

Also? vivwileypointed out that Phil Coulson and Keith Mars could pass for long-lost brothers. Or cousins! Something!

So excited!

PS: vivwileyalso thinks that Mac/Skye would probably invent Skynet.
