Yesterday, I almost had a wardrobe malfunction! I mean, I did have one - one of the layers on my tank top ripped free, but luckily it was covered by the top two layers, so I didn't flash boob at anybody on the commute home. Yes, exactly! On the one hand, I think we miss out on a lot of spitballing and squeeing and conversation, but on the other, you don't have a lot of time to invest in how MY THEORY MUST HAPPEN OR IT'S ALL RUINED, which I think is something that long breaks with cliffhangers invites.

Shows with pacing problems also often fare better when marathoned, I think.

Definitely. I also think a lot of mytharc stuff plays better when you can see it develop all at once rather than in dribs and drabs spread over five years of weekly viewing.
