Well, Jason's not actually in the episode - it's just that we get to see his memorial, which means he exists in this universe. Which means he could make an appearance as Red Hood, and they could do a better job than the comics currently are.

Yes I just saw the episode about an hour or two ago. I am..honestly just happy they included him, aside from my wants and wishes for him being included more. Because I heard a while ago that the producers or directors didn't want to include him? Or something like that, so I'm really just glad that they did.
